Citizens Bank Park, home to the Philadelphia Phillies since 2004, is a well-loved baseball stadium located in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. The park replaced the multi-use Veterans Stadium and features a natural grass-and-dirt playing field along with a seating capacity of 43,500. It's celebrated for offering stunning views of the Philadelphia skyline and a variety of Philadelphia-style food stands, including cheesesteaks, hoagies, and local beers like Yards and Yuenglin.

  • Signature Food Items: The park is famous for its wide variety of local Philadelphia food, including crab fries from Chickie and Pete’s, and Tony Luke's roast pork sandwiches. It was also awarded the title of Best Ballpark Eats by the Food Network​

  • Home Run Celebrations: One iconic feature is the giant Liberty Bell located in right-center field. Whenever a Phillies player hits a home run, the bell lights up and swings back and forth​

  • Environmental Efforts: Citizens Bank Park was the first major league ballpark to receive LEED certification for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance. This certification recognizes the park's efforts in energy use, lighting, water efficiency, recycling, and purchasing

  • Ashburn Alley: Named after Phillies legend Richie Ashburn, this area behind center field is a popular gathering spot before and during games. It features a "Memory Lane" that chronicles the history of the Phillies, along with batting cages and pitching games​

  • Record Attendances: In 2010, the park set an attendance record with over 3.6 million fans visiting throughout the season. Every home game that season was a sellout, a streak that actually began in July 2009​
